2 types of little roll necklace

The little rolls are made of 26 gauge copper wire. They are so little, and the length is shorter than 8 mm.

One of the photos is vague. I like the feel so it's showed intentionally.

The Long Chain Necklace

Again, this is another play with chains.

There are two connected points; one is the pendant, and the other is the hook.

The hook is not necessary, for this is a long chain. In order to having a solid connection, a double jump ring is made.

Egg necklace

Due to the flexibility of the wire, it's hard to make sharp angle. The egg is not the origin. It's the outcome from just following the feature of the wire. Keep weaving without worrying about the shape, and get the egg as the result. That means I did not know what the outcome would be while making.

I do not know why the photos look darker and poorer on blogger recently. No matter how I have changed the brightness and lightness, the photos have much more gray anyhow.

The weather is good the whole week. Time to go outside. Happy weekends.

3D Flow Freely

Not only wrapping the wire frame with beads, but also making the frame 3D style.

I think lime color goes well with gold color. It's the only color I want in the beginning. But since not many beads are used, the lime color can not show its color. So other colors are added.

How many beads would I like to add? It's the question before starting. Something looks free or random, yet actually not.
I designed that "the number of beads is the same with the number of the turnings of wrapping."

The Blue Star

The Blue Star is a small pendant creation, as you can tell by the silver chain.
Sometimes the chain provides a good way to compare the sizes.

The pictures show both sides and both sides work. Due to the construction of the blue star, it's no need to add a loop for the chain. This is one of my favorite ways. No extra loop.

Using pliers to end the wire is an easy and fast way to do, but tool marks always follow.
If wanting to avoid tool marks, the ends are still the hard part. Trying to end without tool marks requires some thoughts.

V-style pendant

This design originally is one-piece-of-wire. I want to add another color so use one more piece.

Before making, I would like to show the tutorial of the V-style pendant. However, I was so focused that I forgot to take photos of steps.

The V-style will not have the problem of being pulling down by the chain. This is the major part of this pendant.

After finishing the pendant, I found it looks hollow and too light. Therefore, I added beads on it. It's better. In the picking up beads process, I chose green beads only, although purple ones is also pretty. Leave more colorful V-style pendant to next time.

The pink tube

The pink tube is another previous creation.
I am still busy in doing data process this whole week. The work needs more time than expected.

Fat Voodoo Doll

It's fatter than I expected. It looks more like Michelin Character. How come? Due to bad sleeping. I woke up hours earlier than usual. Since I could not fall asleep, I got up to get something done. I wanted to make a new stone wire wrapping. However, when my hands touched wires, I got this voodoo doll out first.

You can say such kind of creation a whatever doll. But at the beginning, it is created as a voodoo doll. See, it has seam on it.

Two-hole stone with wire flower wrapping necklace

The stone is colorful. I did not do much to the stone surface.
Two holes is always much more solid and durable no matter how you wrap a stone.

As for the wire end, I left it this way, which is filed carefully.

The stone is not thick and easy to drill.
Pulling both sides to test, the flower decoration is durable to some extend.

Random wirework

It's a random wirework.
I read 2 long novels during the past week, which are both attractive. When the mind is occupied by something, it's really hard to have some creative thoughts.

I have an idea of making a  fish, and this random wirework is the side product in the process.

Sometimes, in order to keep posting, it's easier to post a small piece, especially those without a name.

Thin wire weaving pupa

The pupa is small but takes long wire. I don't remember the actual length, which is more than 1 meter.

Pirate's treasure bag pendant

What do you think of when it comes to pirates? There must be treasure.

The scheme of pirate's treasure bag:
  1. Gold-colored wire is for treasure. Simply put, gold color presents gold.
  2. Different colors of stones means the treasure.
Giving the treasure bag a name about pirates is a attempt.

3 color free style pendant

Three colors mean at least 3 pieces of wire and 6 wire ends.

This pendant is from a random playing. Free style is playing the wires with your own vision. It's not mimic any physical item, but it's something from your thoughts at the making time.

When I'm getting older, I see time more precious. I don't want to fill my time with stuff or events. What I care is what I actually work out.

The tetragonal pyramid pendant

I know what pyramid is. I've ever been to Musée du Louvre in Paris.   I know the word "tetragonal" today in order to give a name to my wire pendant. Ha!

Musée du Louvre is a very big place, one can spend a whole day there. There are many traveling groups walking fast toward famous paintings, culptures, and other crafts everyday. There are signs of "No photos", however, flash lights being here and there.

Gold color wires can be expressed good and clear in pictures. This becomes an important factor when I want to purchase wires.

White Tridacna Stone Necklace

The white tridacna stones looks humble. In my opinion, they go well with almost any color metal wires.

A little bizarre.
The pendant was not born with a full and complete idea.
It's hard to say some words about this necklace. First, the upper part of the pendant was pre-made for another trying months ago. Then, I used it to experiment another idea and put it aside again. Finally, I picked a suitable natural bead, attaching it to the pendant. That's how the white tridacna stone necklace went all the way.

Gold and silver color dangle

Over the last couple days, things did not go smoothly. All I can do is to be patient and to get every little thing done.

I think this kind of dangle is funny so I make the dangle pendant besides this pair of earrings

I use music notes to decorate to see if it's better only the theme object or with other elements. Sometimes, taking photos with decorations will make the theme vague, but it has a function that is to compare the size and color.
